This is me, Tia Appleton: part real estate powerhouse, part chaos coordinator, fueled by caffeine, contracts, and the sheer audacity to juggle a full family, a full pipeline, and a personality that refuses to be put in a neat little “professional bio” box.

I’m out here closing deals like it’s a competitive sport, answering texts at questionable hours, and somehow remembering everyone’s kid’s name, dog’s birthday, and preferred countertop finish. One minute I’m negotiating like a shark in a blazer, the next I’m deep in mom mode, breaking up sibling disputes and asking my husband to reheat my coffee for the third time.

Known for saying “Hold on a minute” and then accidentally conquering an entire to-do list plus three other people’s problems. Equal parts heart and hustle! I fight for my clients like it’s personal (because to me, it is), then turn around and hype up my people like a one-woman cheer squad.

I thrive in organized chaos, run on loyalty, and have a sixth sense for both good deals and bad vibes. Boundaries? I’m working on it. Sleep schedule? Flexible. Standards? High.
